As an Associate Director, CDP & Data Activation at the client, you will help design and activate modern customer data ecosystems at the intersection of data, technology, and client strategy. This is a highly technical, hands-on role with strong client exposure in a collaborative, high-visibility environment where you will translate technical concepts for senior stakeholders and lead strategic execution across engagements.
You will lead CDP strategy and implementation, advising on platform selection and architecture design while working directly within CDP and activation tools. Responsibilities include building and presenting roadmaps and client deliverables, supporting pitches and influencing client decisions, partnering closely with engineering and data teams, and mentoring junior team members.
You will bring core expertise in CDP strategy, activation, and implementation, with experience working in composable MarTech ecosystems and managing stakeholder-facing consulting. Technical qualifications include strong SQL and modern data infrastructure knowledge, with experience using Adobe Real-Time CDP required, as well as familiarity with segmentation and reverse ETL approaches; exposure to B2C contexts is preferred, and additional experience with AI-driven workflows and strong communication and presentation skills will be an advantage. Minimal travel may be expected.
