As Associate Director, CDP & Data Activation, you will help design and activate modern customer data ecosystems at the intersection of data, technology, and client strategy. This is a technical, hands-on role with meaningful client exposure, where you translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for senior stakeholders and support data-led growth through effective CDP programs.
You will lead CDP strategy and implementation across client engagements, advising on platform selection and architecture design. Working within CDP and activation tools, you will build and present roadmaps and client deliverables, support pitches, and influence client decisions. You will partner closely with engineering and data teams and mentor junior team members to strengthen delivery and execution.
To be considered, you will typically bring strong experience in CDP strategy, activation, and implementation within a consulting or agency environment, with expertise in composable MarTech architectures and customer data infrastructure. You are expected to have hands-on technical skills, including Adobe Real-Time CDP (required), strong SQL, and experience with data activation and movement patterns such as segmentation and reverse ETL. Experience with B2C use cases (such as ecommerce or retail) may be preferred, and exposure to AI-driven workflows and strong communication and presentation skills are also valued.
