The client, a global consultancy, is seeking an Associate Director for their Business Rates team in London. This role will focus on growing the business rates practice within the utilities sector, with potential involvement in other sectors as well. Responsibilities for this role include running projects, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring work is delivered to the highest standards. The Associate Director will lead project teams, support team members under pressure, and play a key role in sales efforts by building and maintaining relationships with key clients. The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities with both new and existing clients.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified MRICS rating surveyor with extensive experience in business rates advisory and appeals.
