The client is seeking an Associate Director, AI Transformation & Learning to lead enterprise-wide AI adoption, literacy, and transformation. This role connects AI capabilities, product considerations, organizational change management, learning, and executive stakeholder engagement to help thousands of professionals understand and leverage AI technologies in their day-to-day work.
The position will focus on designing and executing enterprise AI adoption strategies, building AI learning and enablement programs, and establishing communities of practice and AI champion networks. You will develop practical guidance on AI tools and workflows, partner with senior leadership on AI transformation initiatives, and drive measurable adoption and engagement outcomes, while supporting best practices for responsible and effective AI utilization across the enterprise.
Candidates should have direct experience building, implementing, or operationalizing AI products, along with a strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, workflow automation, and emerging technologies. The client also expects exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business applications, and experience working with sophisticated stakeholder groups in complex organizations, with a preference for candidates who have hands-on AI product build and implementation experience rather than purely advisory or conceptual exposure.
