The Associate Dean of Business reports to the Dean of Business, Ontario, and is responsible for providing strategic academic leadership and operational oversight for the BBA (Project Management) and MBA programs at Yorkville University. This role involves overseeing curriculum design, faculty engagement, student success, and research initiatives, while ensuring academic governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. The Associate Dean collaborates with the Campus Leadership Team to foster interdisciplinary collaboration, cultivate external partnerships, and champion innovative initiatives that enhance student outcomes and align with institutional priorities.In addition to academic leadership, the Associate Dean also provides administrative support by mentoring program leaders, faculty, and students. By promoting a culture of academic rigor, inclusivity, and continuous improvement, the Associate Dean advances excellence in teaching, scholarship, and student achievement. Ultimately, the Associate Dean plays a key role in championing Yorkville University's mission to transform lives through excellence and innovation in education.
