The Associate Dean for Medical Education will report to the Vice Dean for Medical Education and be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight for our client's undergraduate medical education program. This role will involve guiding the evolution of the curriculum, ensuring integration across all years of study, and advancing emerging areas of medical education such as health systems science and artificial intelligence. The Associate Dean will also be responsible for overseeing curriculum quality, assessment, accreditation readiness, and continuous quality improvement efforts, as well as mentoring course and clerkship directors and fostering collaboration among faculty and clinical partners.Additionally, the Associate Dean will serve as a key ambassador for our client, cultivating relationships with health systems, physician groups, and community stakeholders to expand and sustain high-quality clinical education opportunities. The successful candidate will need to bring vision, innovation, and strong relationship-building skills to support our client's growth, enhance educational excellence, and prepare for future expansion of the medical education enterprise. This position is highly visible and requires a leader who can drive our client's mission forward in an increasingly competitive environment.
