The Assistant Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth and enhance our client's competitive position in the market. This individual will work closely with the executive leadership team to align strategic priorities with operational goals and ensure our client is well-positioned for future success. The AVP/CSO will also collaborate with medical group leadership to identify opportunities for growth and expansion, as well as engage with key external stakeholders to build relationships and partnerships that support our client's strategic objectives.The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in strategic planning and business development within the healthcare industry, as well as experience working in a complex, multi-faceted organization. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives forward. The AVP/CSO will also demonstrate a track record of success in developing and implementing strategic plans that have resulted in measurable improvements in organizational performance and growth.
