Description

As the Asset Management Service Director, you will lead an asset management team by providing direction, technical support, and guidance to ensure successful account management and implementation over the long term. The role includes overseeing service operations and supporting delivery to customer and facility needs through planned maintenance, emergency response, repair, and temporary services.

You will develop and execute operational and preventive maintenance plans, including emergency procedures and repair approaches, while optimizing asset and system performance. Responsibilities also include creating and maintaining plant manuals and operational plans with effective communication and coordination across customer and internal teams; implementing quality control measures; onboarding and managing vendors and subcontractors; coordinating internal business units; and reviewing KPIs, customer reports, maintenance records, and other performance metrics to evaluate service delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, align team resources to client, facility, and system requirements, allocate resources to meet commitments, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while maintaining high ethical standards. The role is expected to include hiring, disciplinary actions, and training development for the team and clients, along with maintaining work quality according to industry, manufacturer, corporate, and project standards; candidates will bring experience in service operations and management, team leadership, customer account management, service troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, and strong communication and analytical skills, and should be prepared to travel frequently to job sites and office locations.
