Description

the client is seeking an art director to help shape and evolve the visual identity of a rapidly growing premium consumer brand. This role will define creative vision, develop brand narratives, and deliver high-quality creative across consumer touchpoints. The position is expected to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment while supporting the growth of a globally recognized brand.

Key responsibilities include leading the development and execution of integrated creative campaigns across digital, social, photography, video, print, experiential, and other consumer-facing channels. The art director will establish and maintain creative standards to ensure consistency, translate business objectives into compelling concepts, and drive innovative storytelling that strengthens brand equity and consumer engagement. The role also involves overseeing projects from concept through execution, directing visual content, ensuring timely and budget-aligned delivery, and using consumer insights and cultural trends to inform creative direction.

The art director will lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary creative team through coaching, feedback, and professional development, fostering a collaborative culture focused on excellence and innovation. The role will partner cross-functionally with marketing, content, production, and executive leadership, and manage relationships with external agencies and production or creative partners. Required qualifications include 6+ years of experience in creative, art direction, or brand design roles, along with a strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns and exceptional visual storytelling, demonstrated leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; preferred qualifications include experience across multiple channels and familiarity with motion graphics and responsive digital best practices.
