Yoko Sasaki has been a specialist in executive coaching and coaching-based organisational development consulting for almost 23 years. She started her coaching career in 1999, shortly after coaching was introduced to Japan. She has spent 17 years of her career not only as a coach, but also as a leader of organisations at a coaching firm that led the coaching industry in Japan, as an executive officer and as a representative of a local subsidiary in Shanghai. Currently, at TRANSEARCH Japan, her mission is to provide leadership development coaching and organisational development consulting support to clients committed to their continued growth. Her executive coaching and organisational development consulting experience includes non-life and life insurance companies, consumer goods manufacturers, specialty trading companies, pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and system development companies. She has extensive experience coaching CEOs, directors, executive officers, and department heads. Her coaching is characterised by a systemic approach that targets not only the development of the individual leader, but also the performance improvement of the entire team under the leader's jurisdiction. Yoko graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University (BA). She is a International Coaching Federation Master Certified Coach, as well as a Coaching Supervision Academy certified Supervisor.
