With over three decades of experience, he focuses on delivering consultative expertise to clients by leveraging his background as a business leader to address organizational challenges and opportunities. In addition to his role at Signium Belgium, he serves as an Executive Partner at Signium in Chicago and has been a Board Member at organizations including Sun Child and Evybel, contributing to governance and strategic oversight. Prior to these roles, Xavier founded and led Mezquita & Associates for more than 25 years, where he specialized in identifying talent through a comprehensive evaluation of candidates� values, personality, and emotional strengths alongside their professional experience. He began his career in marketing and communication, studying Marketing Distribution at ESEJ and Marketing Communication at CNDBW.
