Xavier d'Aumale advises clients in the Financial Services and Real Estate Sectors. Based in Paris and Milan, he conducts pan-European leadership assignments in the insurance, real estate, and wealth and asset management industries for leading organizations. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates for the second time, Xavier was VP of People at BlaBlaCar, a French "unicorn" and leading long-distance ride-sharing company. In this role, he was responsible for managing talent acquisition, human capital and internal communications. During his first tenure at Russell Reynolds Associates, Xavier completed international searches and executive assessments across our Real Estate and Global Banking Practices in the Financial Sector, both in the Paris and Dubai offices. He began his career in Mergers and Acquisitions at Rothschild in London. EDUCATION Xavier received his B. A. in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean studies, and his M. Sc. in finance and strategy, both from Sciences Po Paris.
