Will House is the UK Managing Partner at Spencer Stuart, where he leads the firm’s London office. A veteran in the executive search industry, he previously served as the Global Practice Leader for Hospitality & Leisure and Head of the UK Consumer Practice. Will specializes in high-stakes board and CEO appointments, working across a diverse spectrum of listed corporations and private equity-backed firms. His expertise is particularly deep within the sports sector, where he combines leadership advisory with a foundational background in sports financing. Before joining Spencer Stuart in 2011, Will spent nearly eight years at Blackwood, leading search assignments across the consumer and industrial sectors. His unique perspective on the sports industry is informed by his early career as an Associate Director at Long Reach International—where he developed innovative financial products for governing bodies—and his time as a professional cricketer for Sussex County Cricket Club. Will holds a First Class degree in History from the University of Cambridge and is an alumnus of Sevenoaks School.
