Dr. N. Will Anyu is a Principal and Executive Search Consultant at TM² Executive Search, a premier firm exclusively dedicated to identifying transformational leaders for HBCUs, PBIs, and MSIs. Based in North Carolina, Will is a distinguished expert in the higher education landscape, recognized as an NCCU 40 Under 40 honoree. He partners with boards of trustees and institutional search committees to place high-impact leaders—including presidents, provosts, and deans—who are uniquely equipped to navigate the socio-economic and funding challenges specific to the Black College Community. His work at TM² is mission-driven, aimed at increasing leadership tenure and institutional sustainability through a "concierge-level" search process. Will’s professional trajectory is defined by a deep commitment to educational equity and student success. Prior to joining TM², he honed his executive search expertise at leading firms such as True Search and Storbeck Search, where he led C-suite mandates across the Climate Tech, EdTech, and non-profit sectors. His background also includes a significant tenure as the Senior Program Manager of Equity, Research, & Development at GoGuardian, where he launched "Project Equity Connect" to address learning gaps exacerbated by the pandemic. Dr. Anyu earned his Doctor of Education (Ed.
