Wendy’s corporate foundation includes a significant 17-year tenure at Mars, where she served as the People and Organization Director for India and Southeast Asia, overseeing diverse teams and manufacturing sites. Her career began in finance, holding leadership roles such as Regional Finance Head for EF Asia at Mars and Business Process Manager at Electrolux, following her early years as an Auditor at EY. Wendy is a CPA (Australia) and CA (Malaysia), holding a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from RMIT University.
