With 20 years of executive search experience, she joined Johnson Partners from Caldwell International, the firm’s global alliance partner in North America. She led senior leadership engagements with a speciality in professional services, private equity and venture capital portfolio companies. With a broad leadership practice including executive and Board placements, Wendy works with clients across several market segments including Energy, Technology, Healthcare, Consumer Products, Financial Services, Industrial, Manufacturing and Private Equity. Since joining Johnson Partners, Wendy has worked closely with our Chief Financial Officers practice developing a strong Trans-Tasman network of financial professionals. Before joining Caldwell, Wendy was with Heidrick & Struggles, where she served as the Associate Practice Director. She began her executive search career with Highland Partners in 2000.
