Violante Ribechi is an HR Consultant at EMA Partners Italy | Calenti & Partners in Milan. Since joining the firm in 2022, she has progressed from the role of Junior HR Consultant to her current position, focusing on executive search and human resources advisory. Prior to her tenure at EMA Partners, Violante completed an Organizational Development internship at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, where she gained experience in the luxury e-commerce sector. Her professional focus is supported by a strong academic background in business and luxury management. Violante holds a Laurea triennale in Business and Managerial Economics from Università LUMSA and a Master in Luxury and Fashion Management from the 24ORE Business School.
