Through Omera Partners' international alliance with IIC Partners, she leverages global research networks to secure talent across full financial functions, including FP&A, financial control, tax, treasury, and investor relations. Prior to joining Omera Partners in 2024, Vanessa built a highly successful career across Australia's premier executive recruitment and professional services landscapes, serving as a Partner for the CFO and Public Sector practice at Johnson Partners, a Principal at Boyden ANZ, and the Finance & Corporate Services Practice Leader for Oceans Group. She also spent over seven years at GOW Recruitment in dual capacities as Chief Operating Officer and Director, and held relationship management roles with PwC and TMF Group. Vanessa began her professional journey as a Chartered Accountant, spending over five years as an Audit and Transaction Services Manager at KPMG in Sydney and London. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.
