Vanessa Dalas is Partner and Head of the Insurance & Risks Practice. Practice Assurance She specializes in the recruitment of executives and talents for the insurance industry. Vanessa Dalas has been working for Progress Associés since 2008. Vanessa Dalas is a member of IIC Partners’ Financial Services Practice. She has been a Board Member since October 2020 and in November 2025, she was co-opted Vice President EMA of this network. Previous experience She began her career as a Business Lawyer at RTE (Réseau de Transport d’Electricité) providing legal services in all areas of business and contract law in a context of electricity market opening. She then joined the Executive Search firm Singer & Hamilton where she was Head of Research in the insurance industry for four years. Education Vanessa Dalas is a graduate of EDHEC Business School. Additionally, she has a Master’s degree in Business Law from Paris XII University.
