Valentina Flores is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Artheo kids, a sustainable baby apparel brand launched in 2024. Concurrently, she serves as a Senior Consultant and Leadership Advisory professional at AltoPartners (ALTO Executive Search) in Vienna. Since joining AltoPartners in 2013, she has progressed through several key roles, including Consultant & Talent Manager, Project Manager, and Assistant to the Managing Director. Her diverse professional background also includes a psychotherapeutic internship in behavioural therapy at AKH Wien. Earlier in her career, she worked in the executive search sector as a Junior Research Consultant and Assistant at Dr Rantasa Consulting. Valentina completed her education in behavioural therapy with the �sterreichische Gesellschaft f�r Verhaltenstherapie (�GVT) and is a certified Work and Organizational Psychologist through the Berufsverband �sterreichischer PsychologInnen (B�P).
