Bringing more than three decades of high-level industrial leadership and corporate transformation expertise to his practice, Uwe specializes in steering organizations through critical inflection points, explosive growth phases, and complex digital overhauls. His practice solves resource gaps for clients by deploying highly specialized interim managers or complete operational teams to execute fast, result-focused change. Prior to entering executive interim advisory in 2011, Uwe built a distinguished 15-year career in senior corporate leadership within global technology and telecommunications giants. He served as Executive Vice President at Deutsche Telekom / T-Systems, directing major international infrastructure and digital services. This followed a foundational decade at Siemens, where he operated as Vice President and was later elevated to CEO of the SIS Region Nordrhein while concurrently serving as the Head of the Telecommunications, Utility, and Media business units. Uwe's technical foundation began with formal training in digital electronics, business economics, and informatics. He later completed a prestigious, multi-continental one-year Executive Management Program sponsored by Siemens A. G., conducted in partnership with the MIT Sloan School of Management, Stanford University, INSEAD Fontainebleau, and CEIBS Shanghai.
