Uroš Gojković is a Senior Consultant at Stanton Chase Belgrade. He has more than twenty years of experience in the global provision of services in the fields of general management, business development, and sales. Uroš began his career in 2003 at Progard Securitas, where he was responsible for client communication, development, and sales, mainly in the banking sector. He quickly rose to the position of COO. Following the company’s acquisition by G4S and expansion to Montenegro, he was named CEO for both Serbia and Montenegro. During his time at G4S, Uroš oversaw a workforce of over 4,500 employees. After leaving G4S, Uroš founded his own company, Progard, which offers custom security solutions to premium clients. Uroš has a successful track record of implementing standards, creating innovative services, and designing new processes. He specializes in operational management and reorganization. Furthermore, he has extensive expertise in supporting boards in group strategy, business development, performance management, stakeholder management, and acquisition marketing. He is also an expert in managing diverse teams across multiple locations.
