Tricia has been a Director of two highly successful executive search businesses. After 19 years in the public sector, including time at the Senior Executive Service level, Tricia joined the private sector where she focused on human resource management, organisational reform and executive search. She is now one of two Co-Founders and Principals of Executive Intelligence Group and continues to specialise in executive search and providing high level advice on talent management.
