Tracey Davies is the CEO of Tracey Magick, a business leadership venture she has successfully run since September 2020. Based in the Greater Sydney Area, Tracey has spent more than 15 years specializing in strategic talent mapping, competitor intelligence, and executive placement across the technology, engineering, and infrastructure sectors. Her extensive search firm portfolio includes serving as a Delivery Partner for Quinton Anthony from 2022 to 2023, where she managed high-level briefs for the construction, natural resources, and property markets. Tracey also spent over three years with Odgers Berndtson, advancing from her initial role as a Research Associate to become a Senior Researcher for its Technology & Commercial practices between 2018 and 2020. Her corporate talent acquisition background is anchored by nearly three years as a Talent Sourcer for Microsoft's APJC region, driving talent attraction and intelligence strategies for mid-to-high level technical groups. Earlier in her career, she held research leadership positions at Braithwaite Steiner Pretty (BSP) Executive Search and managed customer service operations for Unisys and RAMS Home Loans. Tracey completed her foundational education at Ysgol Castell Newydd Emlyn.
