Todd Savage is a Managing Director for the Global Software Sector at Russell Reynolds Associates, based in West Palm Beach, Florida. He assumed this role in November 2023 after Russell Reynolds Associates acquired Savage Partners, LLC, a boutique, retained executive search firm partnering with middle-market, private equity-backed technology companies that Todd co-founded and led as CEO for over 18 years. Concurrently, Todd serves on the Board of Directors for Palm Beach Day Academy, a position he has held since July 2019. His previous leadership experience includes serving as Chairman of ConversionFly from 2017 to 2020 and on the Board of Advisors as an angel investor for SnapApp from 2013 to 2019. Earlier in his career, Todd built the internal executive search function for TimeWarner as Director of Worldwide Executive Search, Media & Communications from 2002 to 2004. He also worked as a Principal at Ramsey Beirne Associates from 1999 to 2002 and started his recruiting career as an Associate at Heidrick & Struggles from 1995 to 1998. Todd holds a BA in English and Geography from the University of Vermont, which he attended from 1991 to 1995, and completed his secondary education at the Taft School and Renbrook.
