Timo Harju is a licensed psychologist working as an Occupational Health Psychologist (Private Practitioner) at Mehiläinen and as a Senior Consultant at MPS Enterprises | MPS-Yhtiöt in Turku, Finland. With over 10 years of experience in the assessment business, he specializes in talent acquisition, psychometric testing, outplacement, career planning, and leadership development. Simultaneously, he serves as an Occupational Health Psychologist supporting individuals in mental health, stress recovery, and resilience. Timo has held multiple roles at MPS Enterprises, starting as a Consultant in 2016 before advancing to Senior Consultant in 2022. In 2025, he also worked as a freelance Course Lecturer at Åbo Akademi University, planning and delivering work and organizational psychology courses for master’s level students. Earlier in his career, he spent over two years at Psykologitiimi Päämäärä Oy as a Psychologist, Trainee Psychologist, and Assistant in personal assessments between 2012 and 2016.
