Tim White joined AGB Search in December of 2019 as Director of Proposal Development. As Associate Vice President for Client Development, Mr. White works closely with AGB Search principals, proposal specialists, and research associates and is responsible for overseeing the Client Development division of the firm. As the main point of contact for all RFPs and proposals, he supports the firm’s leadership in setting and actualizing strategy around business development. Before joining AGB Search, Mr. White spent over ten years in the nonprofit sector as a volunteer, staff member, and consultant conducting project management, program design, research and fundraising. He has served as an AmeriCorps Member in Ravenna, Ohio and New Orleans, Louisiana; a Peace Corps Response Volunteer in the country of Georgia; and as the Association Director of Grants and Contracts at the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington where he was responsible for overseeing grant and contracting operations across 17 branch and programs centers. Education B.A. degree in English from St. Bonaventure University M.P.A. degree with focus on nonprofit leadership and election administration from the University of New Orleans M.S. degree in Disaster Resilience Leadership from Tulane University
