Timothy Sheffield is the Board Chair of Sheffield Haworth, an industry-leading people and transformational change consultancy he established in January 1993 in the London Area. Alongside his primary role, he serves as a Non-Executive Director at Objectivus Financial Consulting, a position he has held since January 2018. Previously, Timothy was a Board Member and Chair of the Europe, Middle East, and Africa Council for the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) from January 2022 to January 2025, and a Director at TALNT from March 2020 to December 2024. His earlier governance experience includes serving as a Board Trustee for Spinal Muscular Atrophy UK from 2015 to 2023, Non-Executive Chairman of NAKAMA GROUP PLC from 2018 to 2021, and Non-Executive Director of Empresaria Group plc from 1996 to 2008. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Senior Executive Search Consultant at Jonathan Wren from 1990 to 1992 and spent two years as an Exchange Traded Options dealer and market maker at LIT Europe. Timothy studied Business Studies and Finance at Anglia Ruskin University from 1985 to 1988 and attended Gresham's School from 1979 to 1984.
