With over two decades of dedicated executive search experience, Tim specializes in connecting organizations with next-generation business leaders capable of performing in disruptive markets. Before joining Watermark in 2025, he served as Managing Director at the global talent advisory firm ZRG Partners, LLC, and spent over seven years as the Founder and Managing Director of Bennelong Executive, a high-touch boutique search firm specializing in marketing, digital, sales, and strategy appointments. His extensive career also includes a six-year tenure as a Partner at Hattonneale, where he successfully executed senior-level search mandates—including CEO, COO, and Director-level placements—for large listed, privately owned, and private equity-backed organizations. He began his senior recruitment career with specialized roles at Perceptor and Jon Michel Executive Search. Tim holds a degree in Communications from Charles Sturt University.
