Hyung Chan Im (affectionately known professionally as "Tigger") is a Partner at You & Partners, a premier executive human capital solutions firm based in Seoul, South Korea. Drawing on nearly four decades of professional experience across prominent global multinationals, he specializes in high-level executive search and strategic corporate governance advisory. Prior to entering the executive recruitment sector in 2008, Hyung Chan spent nearly a decade at The Walt Disney Company serving as Director of Operations across the USA and South Korea. His extensive foundational corporate background also includes senior supply chain and logistics roles, notably as an SCM Manager for Watkins-Johnson in San Jose, California, and as a Purchasing, Procurement, and SCM Manager for Siemens Automotive across Germany and South Korea. Hyung Chan holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Arts in Linguistics from Hongik University, complemented by an MBA in Marketing from the Sogang Graduate School.
