Already during his studies for the Bachelor of Education with focus on Human Resource Management Thomas Markwirth discovered his passion for recruiting. At that time he started to work as a Research Specialist for an international Executive Search company in Germany and moved 2011 to Switzerland. As Head of Research, he was responsible for the implementation of complex search requests in collaboration with his team and the responsible person for the direct approach within the company. At the same time, he deepened his knowledge with a part-time MBA at the Danube University in Krems/AT and at the British Columbia/CAN. After many years and several successfully completed projects for leading companies of the Life Science and Health Care industry, he joined the MPB Recruitment Group in January 2015 as Consultant and got promoted to Senior Consultant about a year after joining. In 2017 he became an Associate Partner. He is also a proactive person outside the office. Beside of doing fitness, mountain biking, jogging and snowboarding, he has a passion for diving and riding a motorcycle. He enjoys travelling apart tourism or spending time with his friends over a good meal.
