Thomas Dewasmes, CFA, is a Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates, jointly based in the firm's Zurich and Geneva offices. He leverages his deep subject matter expertise in European banking and global financial markets to advise elite financial services clients on senior executive talent acquisitions and leadership strategy. Thomas transitioned into executive search from Goldman Sachs in London, where he served as an Executive Director and Primary Equity Research Analyst. In that capacity, he covered major Benelux and DACH banking groups—including ING, ABN AMRO, and KBC Group—and formulated investment recommendations through close interaction with corporate C-suites and the global investment community. His extensive background also includes an equity research tenure at Credit Suisse and several roles within the investment management sector.
