Theodore Kitsos is a business transformation leader across geographies and industries, with a strong track record in developing and managing business performance with large teams. He is currently the Vice President of Human Resources for Global Business Services and Business Transformation at Unilever in Athens. He also worked for Unilever at various points in his career in London, Moscow, Rotterdam, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia, also in top HR positions. During the periods he was not at Unilever, Theodore worked in the Human Resources departments of EFG Eurobank Ergassias and Public Power Corporation S.A. Theodore is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Directors at Thrace Plastics Group in Athens. He is also Chairman of the Renumeration and Nomination Committee for the same company.
