Themis Ntamarelos is the Director of Executive Search & Selection at KPMG Greece, partnering with clients across various sectors to identify and attract high-impact executives and build future-ready leadership teams. Since joining KPMG in 2017, he advanced from Manager to Senior Manager before assuming his current Directorship in 2025. With over 18 years of experience in talent acquisition, his earlier career includes serving as a Consultant for Stanton Chase, where he focused on the IT, maritime, industrial, and energy sectors, and as a Senior Recruitment Consultant for the ICAP Group. He began his recruitment career at Randstad and previously worked in Crew/Human Resources for CARDIFF MARINE INC. A Certified Human Resources Business Partner and Certified Coach, he holds an MSc in Strategic Human Resources Management from Alba Graduate Business School and a BSc in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from The American College of Greece.
