About Mr. Quek
Terence has 30 years of experience in strategy, business development, communications, and people and organizational development, partnering with leaders across public, private, and nonprofit sectors to deliver mission success.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, he was CEO of the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID), advancing the profession and championing corporate governance. His background also includes roles as a regional executive, company director, adjunct lecturer, consultant, master trainer, and facilitator.
Terence is a certified mediator, a SID senior accredited director, and an expert coach and master consultant certified by the Association for Talent Development (ATD).

He was a board member of The National Community Leadership Institute, The Lee Kong Chian School of Business Alumni, Bone Marrow Donor Program, and has mentored startups through the Action Community for Entrepreneurship. He also served on numerous national-level committees related to skills and workforce development.
