Taylor has a distinct specialization in recruiting senior post-sales and customer-facing leaders who are critical to scaling and value creation. His expertise includes placing roles such as Chief Customer Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and General Manager. His broader C-suite search experience also extends to placing Chief Executive Officers, Presidents, Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), Chief Technology Officers (CTOs), and Chief Revenue Officers (CROs). Taylor joined the firm through the acquisition of Savage Partners, a premier boutique executive search firm dedicated to the growth equity software market. As a Managing Director at Savage Partners for a decade, he was instrumental in building the firm's market-leading reputation and client base. He began his career as a Legislative Aide in the Connecticut General Assembly, where he also managed several successful state senate campaigns. Taylor received his BA from the University of Hartford.
