Dr. Tara S. Singer is a Senior Consultant at Academic Search, bringing over 40 years of expertise in higher education and executive leadership. She recently retired as the President and CEO of Omicron Delta Kappa (O∆K), the national leadership honor society, where she spearheaded the organization’s first multi-million-dollar comprehensive campaign and expanded its presence to 55 new campuses. Dr. Singer’s extensive career includes significant leadership roles at the University of Louisville, where she served as Assistant Vice President for Alumni Relations, and the University of West Georgia, where she was the Vice President for University Advancement. She also held senior positions at the Illinois Institute of Technology and Indiana State University. Dr. Singer is deeply committed to university governance and identifying the next generation of academic leaders. She holds a doctorate and has dedicated her career to fostering resilient leadership pipelines within the academic community.
