She brings a unique blend of experience across corporate law, leadership development, and executive search to her work with founders, boards, and CEOs. Tamara’s curiosity for people and what it takes for a team to bring out the best in each individual eventually led her to HR consulting. From a career as an England & Wales qualified lawyer with Linklaters in London, Hong Kong, and Shanghai to a human capital consultant with Korn Ferry in Singapore, Tamara has worked across Asia continuously for 22 years. She has built lasting connections with a broad network of executives across a range of industries.
