As a "Solution Architect," she integrates complex leadership solutions�ranging from assessment and development to executive coaching�to help global organizations accelerate their strategic ambitions. She also directs the firm�s Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance Programme. With over 15 years of consulting experience and 10 years of line management, TA bridges the gap between high-level talent strategy and behavioral change. Her career is marked by a deep expertise in corporate governance and organizational behavior. She previously served as the Outreach Director for the London Business School Centre for Corporate Governance, where she facilitated dialogue between investors, regulators, and academics on topics such as shareholder activism and executive compensation. She also held the role of Finance Director for the UK International Coaching Federation (ICF). TA�s earlier experience includes a directorship at Co Company and an interim Head of Strategy role at Barclays. She holds an MBA from London Business School and a Master Certificate in Organisational Behaviour from Georgetown University.
