She focuses on recruiting C-suite and senior executives across the real estate sector, working with clients in public and private markets. Experience Sydney leads executive search mandates across the real estate sector within private equity firms, investment managers, owners and operators, REITs, developers, PropTech companies, and hospitality organizations. Her work spans a wide range of leadership roles across acquisitions, originations, development, finance and accounting, asset and portfolio management, investor relations, capital raising, operations, leasing, lending, property management, and corporate services. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Sydney was a member of the real estate practice at another global executive search firm.
