With over a decade of leadership at the firm, she has previously served as VP of Digital Transformation and Chief of Staff, where she was instrumental in building a scalable, forward-thinking technology stack. Before joining Acertitude, Suzanne held senior regional roles at Korn Ferry and PDI Ninth House, managing large-scale software implementations and operational integrations across North America, Asia Pacific, and Greater China. Her expertise lies in creating integrated engines for client and candidate experiences through precise project delivery and organizational scale. Suzanne graduated Magna Cum Laude from The George Washington University with a degree in Psychology and Communications.
