Suzanne is recognized as a trusted advisor to both local and global corporations, specializing in identifying game-changing talent for high-stakes leadership roles. Prior to co-founding Morgan Young in 2009, she was an Equity Partner at Derwent Executive and held senior roles at Michael Page and Harrison Willis in the UK. Beyond her search practice, she serves as an Advisory Board Member for Informed Software Solutions. Suzanne holds a BA (Hons) in Politics and Philosophy from the University of the West of England.
