Suvidha Kitchloo is a Partner in the Global Industrial Practice at Heidrick & Struggles, based in Dubai. She specializes in the energy and infrastructure sectors, with a particular focus on the Middle East and the global energy transition. Her expertise covers a broad client base, including multinational corporations, local organizations, and private equity-backed entities. Throughout her career, Suvidha has successfully placed senior leaders across various functions, including C-suite, operations, and technology. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles in 2016, she held leadership and delivery roles at TRANSEARCH Middle East and India, and began her career in executive recruitment with Futurestep (a Korn Ferry company). She holds a B. A. (Hons) in Psychology from Delhi University.
