After graduating from Reading University with a degree in Psychology, Susannah worked for a leading Recruitment Consultancy in the City before joining Accenture – initially within Graduate Recruitment and latterly responsible for appointing experienced HR, Procurement & Quality professionals into the organisation. Involvement with two start-up Recruitment companies followed before joining Digby Morgan, a specialist HR Search Consultancy. After a career break, the pandemic offered an opportunity to lend her recruitment skills to the Social Care sector before joining RSAcademics as a Candidate Search Consultant in January 2022. Susannah focusses on senior non-academic appointments and has supported a diverse range of schools with the appointment of Development Directors, Directors of Marketing and Admissions and Bursars.
