Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Sunny was the divisional CEO and president at SThree, a global talent firm specializing in engineering and IT skills for various industries, including banking and finance, life sciences, technology, and energy. She oversaw key global initiatives that resulted in market-leading profitability while leading thousands of employees through a global organizational redesign. SThree is an FTSE 250 firm based in London and the largest publicly traded recruitment firm specializing in the STEM sector. Previously, Sunny was the Americas CEO of a multi-brand global technology recruitment business in the Americas and EMEA, Frank Recruitment Group, a TGP-owned firm. There, she helped expand the company throughout the Americas, steered the development and execution of the corporate strategy, and led an 800+ sales and delivery team in creating solutions for customers complex business challenges in the technology recruiting space. Sunny also spent 15 years in several executive leadership positions at ManpowerGroup, including senior vice president and general manager. She led North America's most prominent business unit, which had 2000 employees and $1.5B in revenue.
