Stephanie Liska is the President of Kincannon & Reed Global Executive Search, a firm dedicated to finding leaders for the food and agribusiness sectors. Based in Nebraska, Stephanie is a deeply experienced leader with a career defined by her passion for agriculture and people development. Before taking the helm at Kincannon & Reed, she spent 27 years at Beck Ag, Inc., serving as President and CEO for nearly two decades and cultivating an organizational culture that attracted the industry's top talent. She is also the founder of SJL Solutions, where she consults for professional service firms on strategic growth. Beyond her corporate roles, Stephanie is an Adjunct Professor at Wayne State College, teaching Marketing, Management, and Agriculture Policy. She holds a BS in Public Service and Administration in Agriculture from Iowa State University and an MBA from Wayne State College.
