Based in Vienna, Stefanie leverages a deep technical and strategic background to identify high-caliber talent for executive roles. Her career is anchored by a nearly 15-year tenure at IBM within the Partner Ecosystem in Austria, providing her with a unique insider’s perspective on the technology sector and strategic alliances. Before joining Eblinger & Partner, she served as a Client & Research Consultant at Talentor Germany. Stefanie is highly academically qualified, holding two Master’s degrees (Magister) from the Technische Universität Wien—one in IT Management and another in Business Informatics—as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Media Informatics.
