An accomplished senior executive advisor and Industrial-Organizational Psychologist, he specializes in bridging the gap between talent strategy and business results for global mid-sized and large firms across EMEA. Throughout his career, including key leadership roles at Kincentric (a Spencer Stuart company) and Aon Hewitt, Dr. Mauersberger has led large-scale organizational transformations focused on culture, leadership assessment, and the digital evolution of work. He is a data-driven strategist who has successfully managed regional P&Ls and led teams of consultants across Central, Southern, and Eastern Europe. Dr. Mauersberger holds a Ph. D.
