Sonal Agrawal is Managing Partner, India at Accord Group India and Co-Founder and Global Chair of AltoPartners, where she leads executive search and leadership consulting across India and global markets. She has nearly 30 years of experience in executive search and leadership advisory, working with global, Indian, and private equity-backed organizations to build senior leadership teams and support CXO-level hiring. At Accord Group India, she oversees retained executive search and leadership consulting services, including value-added offerings such as reference checking, career transition, market mapping, coaching, and diversity hiring. She also serves as Co-Founder and Board Member of AltoPartners since 2006 and served as Global Chair from 2021 to 2025. Additionally, she is a Shareholder and Group Board member at ABC Consultants and has served on the AESC Global Board and APAC Council. Earlier in her career, she incubated Accord Group India after joining ABC Consultants Group. She holds an MBA from London Business School and completed an MBA exchange program at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
