Sofia is a Partner at KPMG with 20 years of experience in auditing listed and non-listed companies operating in Greece and abroad. He has many years of experience in audits belonging to the real estate and construction management, energy and minerals, financial services, hospitality and service companies. He provides audit and advisory services to local and international groups of companies, regarding the implementation of IFRS, Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), mergers, spin-offs, acquisitions and bond issues. He is a member of the audit quality oversight team, participates in conferences as well as educational seminars on IFRS. Through her experience as an auditor and the KPMG network, Sofia examines current trends and developments in the industry and transfers this knowledge to her clients.
